Comprehensive Eye Exams

A comprehensive eye examination involves a detailed exam of not only your vision, but the health of your eyes as well. During the exam, one of our experienced doctors will inquire about your personal and family medical history, medications/allergies, and lifestyle activities. All of these play a crucial role in your care, along with the state-of-the-art technology used for each exam.

Depending on your specific case, these tests may be performed:

Digital Retinal Imaging

This technology allows the doctor to check the health of the back of the eye called the retina. A special digital camera captures this image and stores it electronically. The retina is critical to your vision as it focuses light that enters your eye and sends that information to your brain. This imaging is especially useful in health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
