We will take all steps possible to provide you with the highest quality products, materials, and services available.
Because glasses are custom made for you, we do not offer returns. All sales are final. You are welcome to return to our office as many times as necessary before making the decision to purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit to the patient's office account within forty five days of purchase.
We will offer a one time replacement for scratched polycarbonate, phoenix, trivex, or high index lenses within the first twelve months from the original purchase date.
Our frame warranty will replace any damaged new frame one time during the first twelve months. This warranty is VOID if the frame has been chewed, soldered, or glued. This warranty may also be affected if any frame parts are missing. After the one-time replacement within the first twelve months, it is up to the discretion of Edgewood Eye Center and the frame manufacturer.
We are not responsible for replacing lost glasses.
We do not accept liability for "Patient's Own Frame" if damaged during processing or adjustments.
There is a sixty day remake policy for prescription problems and adaptation to progressive multifocal lenses and photochromic lenses. After sixty days, there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of the lenses if a remake is needed.
