We will take all steps possible to provide you with the highest quality products, materials, and services available. 

   There is a sixty day remake policy for prescription problems and adaptation to progressive multifocal lenses and photochromic lenses. After sixty days there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of the lenses if a remake is needed. 

We will offer a one time replacement for scratched polycarbonate, phoenix, trivex, or high index lenses within the first twelve months from the original purchase date. 

   Edgewood Eye Center warrants to the consumer that for one year from the date of purchase we will replace or repaire one time, at our option, any frame product that is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty is VOID if the frame has been chewed, soldered, or glued. 

   After the one time replacement Edgewood Eye Center warrants to the consumer that for one year from the purchase date there be a charge of $40 to replace or repair the frame that has been broken, altered, or damaged.

   We do not accept liability for "Patient's Own Frame" if damaged during processing or adjustments.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will issue a merchandise credit to the patient's office account within thirty days of the original purchase.
