If you had an exam elsewhere, please bring us a copy of your prescription.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wear contacts and/or glasses, please let us know in the comments. We schedule extra time for contact renewals and schedule an additional appointment with an optician to look at glasses afterward. We want to make sure we can service all your eyecare needs in one visit. Simply add your message in the "Supplementary Information" and we'll take care of the rest. We look forward to seeing you!
Scheduling with our online scheduling system is only a request. We will review our availability based upon your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days. Thank you for your patience.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM - 4:30PM. However, we do offer appointment times outside of these hours. Please note that optical hours vary on these days.
Monday: 7:30AM* - 4:30PM
*Optical opens at 8:15AM
Thursday: 9:00AM* - 6:00PM
*Optical opens at 11:00AM
Your online Patient Health Record (PHR) is accessible through our cloud-based Revolution system. If you are new to the PHR, please call our office to get login information. Once you login, you will be prompted to create your own username and password.
Please remember it is your responsibility to call your insurance company or human resources department to see if we are in network and what services are covered.
Online payments are now accepted! All you need is your Payment Code (available on your printed statement) and your Zip Code. If you need your payment code or have questions regarding billing, please call (513) 300-9359

If you purchase any product or service from Edgewood Eye Center and are not completely satisfied we will issue a merchandise credit to the patient's office account within thirty days of the original purchase.
Contact lenses may only be exchanged if they are unmarked, unopened, and undamaged. Our contact specialist will evaluate the boxes before issuing the credit.
