BILLING AND INSURANCE
We are listed as preferred providers on most major health insurance plans in Northern Kentucky, and we are an approved Medicare facility. Diagnostic and treatment procedures are covered to the maximum allowed by Medicare; patients with coinsurance are, in many cases covered 100% after the deductible has been meet. Individual coverage depends on the details of the insurance policy or alternate plan you carry. You are responsible for checking with your insurance company to see if we are listed as providers for you particular plan, as all plans are not the same.
